1.) How long does shipping takes 

It takes 1-2 business days for processing. 3-4 business days to receive your products ( domestic ) and international shipping takes 10 days to receive.

2.) Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is based on location on all U.S orders. International orders must pay shipping fee based on location as well.
